Which one are you actually missing?
- If you cannot produce a compliant bill, track stock or run payroll — you need a POS.
- If billing is already handled but guests wait for waiters, orders reach the kitchen late, or you cannot see what sells — you are missing the ordering layer.
- If both are true, start with the POS, then add ordering on top. Ordering without billing still leaves the business side unsolved.
Running both together
This is the most common setup for a restaurant that already operates a POS. Nothing about your billing changes:
- The guest scans the table QR and orders from their phone.
- The order arrives tagged with the table in the SuchiQR live queue, and on Telegram or Discord if you connect them.
- Your team bills it on the existing POS exactly as before.
- SuchiQR's analytics cover the orders it took, so you can see dish and category performance for QR orders.
The main thing you gain is the part a POS does not cover well: the guest placing the order themselves, accurately, without waiting.
If you are choosing a POS too
We do not sell a POS and we are not the right people to pick one for you. Judge a POS on billing accuracy, GST compliance, stock and how your staff actually get trained on it. Judge the ordering layer on whether the guest can order in under a minute and whether the kitchen sees it immediately. Those are separate purchase decisions and they should be evaluated separately.
If you only need the ordering layer, start with the 15-day free trial and build one menu to see the workflow.
